This Service is operated by Those That Dare Ltd, trading as Creating The Curve — a UK-based business providing online communities, coaching, memberships, live calls, digital products, and self-paced courses.

2. Definitions
“Service” refers to the Website, Mighty Networks platform, digital downloads, live Google Meet sessions, and all associated content.
“User”, “You” refers to any person who accesses or uses our Service.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Those That Dare Ltd.
“Content” includes all materials made available by us, including downloads, session replays, and course content.
“Membership Tiers” refers to the Free Community, the Paid Membership (Tier 2), and Mastermind (Tier 3).
“Coaching” refers to 1:1 sessions delivered via Google Meet and booked through TidyCal.
“Courses” refers to self-paced online courses made available through our platforms and face to face courses delivered online and in person.
3. Use of Service
Some services are only available online, this will be indicated in the course detail. You must be over 18 years old to access or purchase services.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw access to parts of the Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
4. Accounts & Access
You may be required to create an account to access certain services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms or post inappropriate content.
5. Membership Tiers
Free Community: Access to selected events, discussions, and content within Mighty Networks.
Paid Membership (Tier 2): Regular live streams, downloadable resources, a replay library, and event discounts.
Pricing: £39/month or £350/year (beta: £25–30/month limited offer).
Mastermind (Tier 3): Fortnightly group coaching calls, voice note access, quarterly roadmap reviews, guest experts or retreat access, and a private mastermind chat.
Pricing: £249–499/month or £2,000–5,000/year. Invitation-only. TBC on launch.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account. You will retain access until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds are issued for partial months or years.
Group Calls: All group calls are recorded and shared within the community replay library. By joining a call, you consent to being recorded. You may join without video and are never required to participate. We will not share your contributions publicly or outside the community without your explicit consent.
6. Coaching
1:1 coaching is delivered over Google Meet and scheduled via TidyCal. All clients are provided with a coaching agreement outlining rights, responsibilities, and boundaries.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Terms: You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
7. Courses & Digital Content
Online courses are self-paced.
Access Duration: Lifetime access. If a course is discontinued or the community is closed, we will endeavour to provide access for at least one additional year.
All downloadable content is delivered in Microsoft and PDF formats and is for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
8. Payments & Promotions
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or the Mighty Networks platform. We may offer promotional pricing at launch or during limited-time offers.
We do not offer free trials.
Refunds: No refunds are offered unless required by UK consumer law.
9. Community Use
Our communities are hosted on Mighty Networks and are designed to be inclusive, safe, and respectful.
We operate under clear community guidelines. Users who breach these may receive a warning. Serious breaches — such as sharing community content outside the network or engaging in hate speech — may result in immediate termination of membership and removal from the community. Refunds will be offered at our discretion.
Promotional Links: Members may share relevant offers in the ‘Opportunities and Offers’ channel only. These must be relevant, occasional, and shared in the spirit of mutual support — not as unsolicited marketing.
10. Data & Privacy
We collect limited personal data needed to access the Service and process payments. Sessions may include discussion of sensitive or emotional topics, but we do not collect or store health-related or special category data directly.
Mighty Networks, our community platform, may collect location data, IP addresses, and profile information in line with its own privacy policy.

11. Third-Party Links & Tools
Some features or bookings may involve third-party tools (e.g. TidyCal, Google Meet). We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or data practices of any third-party platforms.
12. Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, downloads, and session replays are the intellectual property of Those That Dare Ltd unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
14. Liability & Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific outcomes and accept no liability for losses resulting from use of the Service.
15. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
